I have finally found a wine that I think I could go swimming in. It was so nicely balanced and tasted wonderful. Dark in color with an incisive aroma of spiced apples. Acidity level was crisp and the spice lingered for a long, enjoyable finish. The taste embodied more earth and mineral as opposed to fruit. Bold tannic structure. Very delicious. Good stuff. Chilean beer much better than I'd expected. Interesting and complex flavor, mid dark. Could drink a couple. — 8 years ago
Best hoppy beer by far in Mexico. — 6 years ago
Too light a touch for a barbarian like me. A bit like making out with a ghost. Mildly tittilating but in the end not all that satisfying. — 8 years ago
