Stewed red cherry, bramble, char, earthy summer woods, and hints of cinnamon candy and mushroom on the nose. Chewy bright cherries, cranberry juice, hints of gamey-ness and zesty spice such as black pepper and ginger on the palate. Mildly tart lightly spiced finish lingers longer than expected. Great value that should go well with spicy, tomato-y, or fatty salmon dishes. Organic and vegan-friendly for anyone interested in that — 3 years ago
