Second favorite from the wine party! In-laws met the owner and winemaker :) Great full rich color when pouring. And heavy blackberry notes! — 7 years ago

Wonderful with body, but not too much. Palatable without being thick on it. — 8 years ago
This is the Riserva. Needs some air to coax out its charms, but then this turns into a very charming and undemanding Chianti. Nose has ripe, slightly macerated cherry, a whiff of vanilla, and some nice gravelly notes. In the mouth, it’s quite fruity, with good concentration, but there’s a lot of very fine-grained tannin integrated. Acids are quite soft but present enough for balance. Not the most complex but fun and a great value. — 2 years ago
Very strong cherry flavor! Smooth! Beautiful color! Light in flavor. Would drink again! — 7 years ago
Always a nice way to end a meal. — 7 years ago
