Nice weighty, punchy orange. Like getting hit in the mouth with a gallon jug of tangerine juice. $17/glass at OK Omens.

Medium lemon color, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with floral, honey and mineral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and pear with citrus and floral wrapped in a nutty spice. Medium+ finish, lively acidity, ending with fruit, spice and savory citrus character. 230 cases, good now! — 6 months ago

Oak, cider, rich and rounded. quite honey and fruity. then feel acidity and minerals. Citrus, pear, grapefruits. 2nd glass, comfortable herb. Elegant. Then, liquor. like. 2015 @6600, Umem JH, 231007-231009 — 2 years ago
Huge ebullient nose of black and red cherries. Gorgeous spice, blackberry and licorice. Lovely Stoney minerality. So Volnay. Stunningly sweet fruit. Unreal purity and freshness and so so young. Sappy and dense but also light on its feet. Raspberry cake, raspberry coulis. Good extract, purity and freshness but as this is a barrel sample it’s maybe lost a little bit. Nose is showing huge minerality and earthiness. Palate is more engaging with air. It’s more precise and juicy. Very gamey. Nose is super sick now with air. Cherry liquor. Very fresh. Palate is elegant and fresh. This is a wine for laying down. So much potential. — 4 years ago

1 hour decant(decent chunky sediment). A striking dark purplish magenta color. On the nose: mellow nose that hints at what's to come with black fruit liquor, pine needles, black olives, floral, smoke, potting soil. Taste: still big and bold with dark plum, dark currants, graphite, chocolate mocha, black pepper, and an earthy cherry infused medium plus finish. YUM!! more time to go, unfortunately my last bottle. — 2 months ago
