This is a lovely prosecco that I can actually enjoy on its own rather than in an amaro spritz or mimosa. Effusive nose with nice citrus and floral aromas. Lemon bar, florals, and hints of almond praline on the palate, and the bubbles provide a creamy mouthfeel. Good finish with lingering floral notes. — 16 hours ago

I'm not much fan of Prosecco but this one is great. Lot of crispy bubbles, fruity, although it's classified as extra dry I would say it's more towards brut. Nice experience. I would say best prosecco I drunk so far. — 4 years ago

Nose of golden apple, peach, and flowers. Light, and smooth, with apple and candied hazelnuts. Medium body and finish.

The winery is the only one situated on the Cartizze Hill.
They only make Valdobbiadene Docg and Cartizze Docg.
Manula harvesting is the only option on these slopes, not like they do on the flatland of the Prosecco DOC.
That results in an intense and unique expression for every label, but we reach the epitome with Her Majesty Cartizze.
The only Cru around here.
The traditional Dry version(24 g sugar per litre) is absolutely textural and balanced by the mineral finish that hides completely the sweetness that you would expect.
Extremely long.
This is prosecco on steroids(does that sound good or bad??)
