Last vintage from Bressler, grapes going to Anomaly vineyards now. Was on the customer list at the start for a few years and still have 01 and 02 (popped an 02 a year ago and it was great) in the cellar. Grabbed some 2014s at a great price. For Napa, Bressler was always worth seeking...premium valley floor fruit, Mia Klein winemaker, and under $100 release price.
1 hour decant (little sediment). A splended inky dark magenta color. On the nose: floral, sandlewood, black cherry and plum, cedar, vanilla marshmallows. Taste: Elegant and smooth, soft tannins with blackberry, blueberry, chocolate, with a spicy cedar medium plus finish....ready to go another 15 years. — 4 years ago
Barley, brine, lemon. Medium bodied- fleshy. Maybe the lobster on the label is suggestive, but this wine would be fantastic with seafood. — 2 years ago
Top Pinot noir - WOW and it has my name on it so it gets an extra .2 points for that ♥️ — 4 years ago
Words “Anam Cara” are Celtic for “friend of my soul.” Nick and Sheila have made wines since planting grapes in 2001. Pale lemon with aromatic aromas of ripe tropical, stone & citrus fruits. On the palate tart apple and melon flavors, with a crisp citrus tang. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity with rich ending. Drinking well now. Nice value. — 4 years ago
Nice change from the typical cuyo red - light with an acidic tartness. — 2 years ago
YES! Plum, blueberry, blackberry Jammy on the nose, structured and tight on the palette. Love it — 3 years ago

Actually enjoyed this despite it being moscato. Wasn’t too sweet. Full bodied, apple. Would have again. — a year ago
