Very cool. My first cagnulari! Black plum, floral aromatics, minerally. Like a fuller bodied carignon. 15% abv shockingly well integrated. Good acidity and a bit of tannic grip. Solid. — 8 years ago

Highly charming and elegant Cagnulari with moderate alcohol and medium tannins. Pinot Noir-like on the nose with sweet red fruit and floral bouquet, warm spice and damp earth. Anise, mint, licorice and tobacco flavors emerge with air. Slightly sappy fruit that dries out on the mid palate and finishes with finesse. — 8 years ago
