Green bell pepper nose. Peppery blueberry spice mouth. Nice body.
After naturally aerating, TAR demoinates the nose, followed by tastes of green pepper, raspberry and leather. Incredible the changes that this wine undergoes with just a bit of exposure.
Pair with mole sauce and Spanish inspired cuisine, but nothing overly spicy on the heat scale. — 8 years ago

Very good, very rich, but well balanced. The nose is full of a leather, a tobacco, sweet dark fruit. The palate also. With a long finish with some spicy note: a pepper or something sharper (like a tabasco sauce). I don't remember where I've bought this wine. It's a pity. — 6 years ago
