Yeasty bread, ripe and slightly browned Fuji and honeycrisp apple, hint of pineapple. Crisp but not bracing, fine bubbles. — 2 years ago
Wow. This blanc de noirs was wild
Hits you right in the face at the first sip with bright and expressive flavors. Some strawberry and other red fruits.
A little sweetness (which is fascinating for zero dosage ) that came across as cotton candy to me.
enjoyed this over 2 hours and every sip was delicious. — 2 months ago

Again it’s a champagne from Cédric Moussé, one of the Masters of Meunier. He’s almost single-handedly put Cuisles on the wine map. The L’Or D’Eugéne is a perfect introduction to his style.
Medium gold with fast paced perlage and an attractive bouquet. Black cherries and pretty flowers combine with chalk and herbs. In the mouth, it’s racy and vivacious. Sexy and a bit thrilling with zippy acidity. 80/20 Pinot Meunier/Pinot Noir from a perpetual reserve with an Extra Brut dosage of 2 g/l.
I’ve always wanted to drink this over a few days. To really let it breathe and mature in the glass. To really let it set and enjoy it over time. But I can’t. It’s just too damn good. — 2 years ago
In my opinion, few producers can match the gracefulness and sheer excitement of Cédric Moussé. His rosé is no exception. Sexy and seductive, there’s a reason I drink this so often.
Stunning in the glass with a saignée style coloring. The nose features strawberries and cherries with blue fruits and earth.
Primarily Pinot Meunier with a splash of Pinot Noir. Composed of not one but two perpetual reserves which gives the champagne that impeccable sleekness and character.
The fruit explodes in your mouth. It’s just so damn good. You really should sit with it and take it all in because it’s such a well made wine but you just can’t. It’s gone in a flash. Every single time. And that’s when you open another bottle. — 2 years ago

Gigondas 2019 Castel "Séries Limitées". Winemaker Cédric Jenin is doing a great job with this high-end small batches series. This Gigondas is sourced from a high altitude (300 m) 7 hectares organic plot on the Dentelles de Montmirail. Intense perfume with Amarena cherries, flowers and spices, like a dry Vintage Port. Grenache wouldn't be Grenache without the high alcohol (15,5%), but it's beautifully balanced by fresh acidity. Intense, with layers of jammy fruit and spices, while maintaining freshness. Very long spicy finish. Impressive. — 2 days ago
