This saw some time in oak and was much more complex than the Dolcetto. This was also finished with natural cork as opposed to aggomerated/Diam. When I asked about it the winery representative said they mix and use both in the hopper at bottling which kind blew my mind... — 3 years ago

This is the Arneis not the Rosato.
Described by the winemaker as Acacia flower a d white fruits, I also found some subtle nutty/almond notes atls this warmed on the palate. Reminds me of the complexity and richness of southern French whites made with marsanne, roussane and vermwntino. Very subtle nose that yields more on the palate as the wine warms.

Aged in 500 and 1000l tonneaux and botte. More complex but maintains the house style for Nebbiolo with a more skeletal presentation. About 30 days in skins and shows the slightly more rusty color thisb exteneded maceration might suggest Some might say delicate/aromatic and polished, I want a little more primary fruit. — 3 years ago
Yum. Decanted for an hour before dinner. Smooth, well balanced Nebbiolo from Alba. Love those northern Italian reds! This did not disappoint. — 9 years ago

Very good. I'm not any expert, but I think this wine has a future - at Tre Galline, Torino. — 7 months ago
