Barnyard Bomba on open! Beautiful nose of leather, spruce pine, and stewed blackberry. Palate delivers a spicy version of the same, but with a milk chocolate center. Really delightful. Well balanced, medium alcohol, medium acidity, medium plus tannins. This will improve, but awesome now.

The Bomba Carta amaros from Silvio Carta are the pinnacle of his production.
He uses in this case 4 different coffee beans from Honduras, El Salvador, Santos and Colombia. He roast them in Sardinia and then creats this amaro without crushing then so that the liquid has no caffeine. The blend is made with a rare bitter stawberry tree honey.

This is the real deal.
Organically grown botanicals from the back garden looked after by nonno blended with the delicious rare bitter Strawberry tree honey.
It is beyond description, it is just never-ending on your palate. Simply amazing.
