Deep purple in color; blackcherries, plums, and cedar on the nose; medium acidity; medium tannins; tastes like stewed strawberries, hibiscus, crushed gravel, and a hint of eucalyptus with a medium finish. I like it, but there a bitter taste that I can't figure out, so I'm lowering the score by a couple points. Nellie likes it. — a month ago
This is an old vintage. Yet the #wine which is a well made #redblend of #tempranilloblend #syrah #cabernetsauvignon from #cariñena is ageing well. — 6 years ago

I’m a sucker for Spanish Tempranillo. This wine seems less fruity and simultaneously more tannic than what I normally have. But still delicious. This is my first non Rioja Tempranillo. This is from the Castilla and Leon region. Typical? I’m eager to find out. — 5 years ago
