Warming, smooth and leathery 👍 — a year ago
This wine exhibits a unique elegance from its maturation for 12 months in Oak barrels. A suggestive cherry red color introduces a fine aromatic profile were hints of red fruits, vanilla, coconut, and toasted aromas perfectly merge. Ample and persistent on the palate, it matches very well with all sorts of aperitif's tapas, red meats, and cheese. " — 3 years ago

This is why I love each and every story behind the label, lucky enough to discover this when in Malta, can sav and merlot Bel d is ideal, Muriel describes this wine as being pure chocolate — 7 years ago
Pretty excellent. Good value at 25, but the muriel was better value. For a crianza this is a heavier tempranillo, with black currant, earth, spice, fair amount of oak, but after 30 mins oak diminishes. Tannins are smooth, and wine is low acid. — 8 years ago

Clear, medium ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of dried figs, black cherries, and cedar; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, high tannins, high alcohol, full body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of roasted tomatoes, strawberry sauce, black pepper, and wet gravel with a long finish. This wine is balanced and complex. Overall, I rate this wine as outstanding. It definitely benefited from being in the fridge overnight. — 5 months ago
