What can I say? Needs about 30 min of air odd at first and than absolutely brillant. Raspberry driven, thyme, touch oregano, lime, quite tannic at first which mellows out in the glass over time. Drink now or keep for 1-2 years more. A benchmark wine. A unicorn, A singleton, no one makes wine like Enderle & Moll. A perfect match with Salmon. Needs food. — 5 years ago

Brillant! — a year ago
2011 vintage. Deep opaque ruby color, silky mouthfeel, grippy tannins. Cherry, plum, cola, baking spice, hint of vanilla, cedar notes. Long finish, plenty of structure. Could age for a few more years. — 8 years ago
Nice set of four Vacqueuras 60/40 Grenache/Syrah blends from Henri Bungener at RawWine LA, represented by the Carmin Brillant here. Each of the four are the same blend but each from a different part of the Vineyard slope with different soil/geologic features. The Fruit Sauvage bottling was a 9.2 and went very well with Soft Pretzel and Sausage sampler at Tabula Rasa. — 9 years ago

Enjoying this wonderful wine to celebrate our nation’s birth! — 8 years ago
Rubis brillant

These used to be cheap - not any more 40$ for the new vintage this was 26$. Classic and super elegant. A ton of tannins left: 14%. Fermented dark olives. Dark cherries. Way better than the 2013 chianti reserva I popped for our italian dinner club. These are the wines kids should try - but hey our brillant marketing 🤡 priced them out of trying quality nebbiolo so they switch to cocktails and beer! Well done. Will go for 5-10 more years with ease. — 3 months ago
