The best Grappa I have ever tasted. — 8 years ago
Outstanding amarone which has successfully blended power and elegance. Lots of cherry liqueur and marzipan aroma. Raisin flavour with rich and velvety tannins. Tasted blind and went for hot vintage in southern Rhone. — 9 years ago
Missed a few courses and wines. But this grappa was lovely — 2 years ago
Try to catch up on a big backlog...
This was a nice Veneto piece (not that Bepi ever sucks). Kind of like a Valpolicella Ripasso with a Bdx Adrenalin shot. Still pimping purity and expression, but with just that little bit of added depth and tannin. And super affordable for a Quintarelli. Perfetto with Osso Bucco. — 6 years ago
Lighter and delicate and no caramel coloring and HI 👋🏻 — 8 years ago
I would go for the Rosso del Bepi instead for better value wine. — 4 years ago
Classic. Soft on the palate with dark fruit and a hint of blackberry. A thoroughly enjoyable wine - as always. Bepi - zl was a master. — 7 years ago
A more refined, very smooth and complex aged grappa an Aqva di Vita. Also picked it up in Italy and finished at a family dinner. — 9 years ago
