Wow, so big, so fruity, a bit sugary. It’s old school cool, like a true OG CA Zinfandel. — 6 months ago

Love this one. A little sweet and not dry but really easy to drink. One of my fav reds so far — 11 days ago
The nose shows rich black and blue fruits. A full bodied Barossa Shiraz. A thick and luscious mouthfeel - a product of ancient vines planted in 1893. Blackberries finishing with fine tannins. I had a double magnum of this wine at my 70th birthday 3 years ago. Two Old Bastards in the one room!! Also one of the best Wine Labels going around. — 2 months ago

Definitely buy again — 4 months ago
I liked the uncharacteristic subtle sweetness from plum and dark fruits. Add a touch of leather and vanilla, soft tannins, and this one was smooth. Good stuff! — 5 months ago

I have a cold, but it has a strong, yet enjoyable flavor. I like how dark of a wine it is. — 3 months ago
Beautiful zin with full, silky body. Black and red fruits, plum, and fingers with smooth tannins. Great wine. — 5 months ago

Tom Casagrande
This is the Ode to Lulu Mourvèdre Rose (back label says that it’s “ancient vines” grown on sand, so maybe mostly CCC fruit?). The color so pale as to almost resemble a skin contact “orange” white wine. Nose is all fruit. Nectarine, strawberry, an orange-zest thing too. Dry and so gulpable. Dangerous on a warm and humid afternoon! — 12 days ago
