Baiocchi 2013 Mourvedre, while young, drinks very well now. Open and let this wine breath for a good couple hours or as long as you can stand. Excellent full mouth feel with good acidity makes this a fantastic food wine (think fillet). Drink now through 2020. — 10 years ago

This 2010 Baiocchi Orellana is dirty...
in the best way possible. Mushrooms and forest floor on the nose followed by a lush and dense palate of cranberry and black cherry.
