Lots going on right out of the gate . Your nose leads you to believe you entered a French bakery. Pears and baked apples linger in the background. The first taste weighs your tongue down but almost immediately flavors of citrus , spearmint and. baked bread jump around on a trampoline made of acidity. Wasn’t a fan - blocky and lacking finesse. Very concentrated and almost un-pinot-esque in my eyes. Prominent tannins too. Probably needs time. — a year ago
