Great w Asado Negro.
I must say that for a wine with that much alc., it bears no sense of heat. — 4 years ago
Fregon, chingón, delicioso, taste, awesome, all this in the same fuucking wine😆 — 7 years ago
This is delicious. Hot, not overly sweet, dry. Taste almost like a dessert wine to me! I wish I bought two of this bottle and not just one! — 9 years ago
Velvety smooth, huge balanced tannins and fruit forward. — 10 years ago
Brandy from Bodegas Tradicion. Elegant, suttle but intense. Beautiful. — 11 years ago
Next level. Best of both worlds. Fruit and acid then nuts and complexity. — 9 months ago
Medium plus body, enjoyed the oak on the nose. — 6 years ago
Incredibly complex 30 year Oloroso from Bodegas Tradicion. Bought this after a great tour and tasting at Tradicion. It’s definitely the best sherry I’ve ever tasted. Dried and apricots, burnt orange, bitter orange peel, toasted hazelnuts, caramelized brown sugar sea salt and chocolate with a beautiful acidity and drive on the palette. Would pair this with jamon iberico, toasted nuts, and a nice salty cheese. Just stunning. — 7 years ago
Not sweet and not bitter! Goes down easy, #dangerous ;) — 9 years ago
Our favorite Spanish's tempranillo wine when we go out dining at "Tapas de Rosa" restaurant. — 10 years ago
Sweet but not sickly sweet; beautiful color. — 11 years ago
Good wine, smooth ! — 13 years ago
Deep Ruby color with aromas of fruit, earthy spiced and woodsy notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and plum with cedar, tobacco, leather and spicy notes. Firm chewy tannins, medium finish ending with fruit, tobacco, cedar and earthy mineral character. — 10 months ago
Wow very similar to Ardal reserve tasted same night. Same vintage. Black fruit cherry with little less chalkiness. Delicious. Med-full long lasting — 7 years ago
Inky, black and red fruit, smoky, delicious. I taste dried fig, black cherry, and some earthy terroir. Ripe tannins as well. It's a delicious wine, would probably do well to age. Medium body, fairly long, good intensity, not incredibly complex, quite expressive with the flavours that are there. — 9 years ago
This Spanish gem shows its terroir at first contact. This is a beautiful central north Spain Ribera del Duero; Crianza style wine features deep ruby red colour, shows full bodied and robust with 14.0% ABV and features 2 varietals (90% tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon). The mouthfeel is dry and rich, aromatic features of leather, dark ripe cherry, a hint of aged cedar, prominent ripe plum, blackberry, hint of vanilla and baking spice and same on the palate. This wine is 10 years old and easily has another decade to go. Recommend enjoying between 2015-2025. Wonderful with robust and rich Mediterranean dishes with beef, pork, lamb and with vegan vegetarian dishes featuring Spanish spices. — 11 years ago
