Brought home from study abroad in 2012. This 2011 vintage was one of the best wines I had tasted at that time. Refreshing. — 8 years ago
Not bad, reminded me of New Zealand Riesling. It had a hint of Gewürztraminer — 10 years ago
Great aftertaste! The wine requires being properly cooled and kept open for a while - then it opens an absolutely crazy smell and more important a crazy fruity taste! — 12 years ago
50 years old. Terrifying degraded cork at the outer surface, but clean after a 1/4 inch and did its job for 5 decades. Expected degree of oxidation. Almonds, marzipan, and baking spice. Medium weight. Good acid. This was a treat, even if the guests of honor liked it more for sentimental reasons. — 5 years ago

Riesling from less than one hectare on a hillside overlooking the village of Riquewihr, Andrée Trapet’s hometown. Like all their holdings in the Côte de Nuits, all plots here are farmed biodynamically. Fermented in tank, aged for 10 months in neutral oak barrels and concrete eggs. Elegant, precise nose with citrus, floral and stony notes. Dry, pure, quite refined. Nice tension, subtle minerality — 4 years ago
