Note to self: buy every bottle I can find. — 4 years ago
Can't say I've had a lot of examples of saperavis (one of the few grapes with colored juice),but this was interesting. Reminded me a lot of the North American Norton varietal, this wine was a bit one-dimensional but had a lot of fruit coupled with an earthy, almost musky undertone. Was significantly better when chilled down a few degrees (say, at cellar temp - this had been on the shelf), as well as when paired with food. — 6 years ago
Chilled, great bright crunchy fruit — 2 years ago
Blue fruits to the nose, dark cherry. Little herbal note, light tannin with low acidity. Very smooth and easy drinking wine at 13.1abv. This is a RockStar wine from Australia!! — 2 years ago

Beautiful summer wine — 2 years ago
Candied liquorice, red fruit and floral aromas, followed by a firm but round palate bringing that red fruit with a bit of tarriness. The tannins and acid are there, but sitting back a touch - this is more about fruit first. An easy going, approachable style that slips down easily, even more so with some hearty food. — 4 years ago
Really interesting wine. Bit more old school and Euro in style. Somewhere between a Sang and a Temp. — 7 years ago
