Lovely. Bright was still a savory chewy note and definitely shown through with some deep cherry and raspberry and red current flavors. Stood up very well to spiced pork chops with heavy cream and chant mushroom sauce. Cut through the fatty flavors, wonderfully and complimented the food very well. Aldenalli Santa Barbara County Chardonnay 2017: Medium-bodied. Dry & balanced acidity. A very aromatic nose with palate flavors of apple, pear, citrus & peach. Creamy texture & a lengthy finish.
