Sabine Aix en Provence Rosé Blend 2022

Great wine for the price. Light good acidity, decent strawberry fruit, not complex but readily available for 12-14 dollars. I’m in. — 8 months ago

Château Simone

Palette Grand Cru de Provence Grenache Rosé Blend 2021

2021 Chateau Simone is from just outside Aix-en-Provence (an area I know well from my cycling adventures). Jean-François Rougier is a 7th generation winemaker running Chateau Simone. This Rosé is a complex blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Syrah, Manosquin, Castet, Carignan, Cab Sauv & Muscat Noir. This is hands down the best pink wine I have ever had. — a year ago

Been too long since I’ve had one. I need to seek one out and try again.

Awesome. Personally, would have been hitting Bandol exclusively but maybe just me. Some decent cycling in the area...

Aix en Provence Rosé Blend

I usually find most rose uninteresting. This one was very crisp and dry and ran out really fast among friends! — 5 months ago

Good! Grippy rose! Heftier than your Aix standard - frozen strawberry-tastic, no complaints! — a year ago

Iconic Provence producer. Blend of multiple varieties (Grenache 45%, Mourvèdre 30%, Cinsaut 5% and other red and white varieties such as Syrah, Castet, Carignan, Manosquin and Muscat) from old vineyards in Montaiguet, south of Aix en Provence. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in oak. Elegant, complex nose with aromas of dark fruit, cherries and minerals. Hints of mint. Medium to full bodied, smooth tannins.
