So, this is Agathe’s top cuvée of Sylvaner (which I’ve heard is one of her favorite grapes) grown in the Grand Cru “Zinnkoepfle” — the problem in Alsace is that Sylvaner is not considered a “noble” grape, and thus this wine is “Eminence” rather than identifying the vineyard site. With that said, spicy aromatics, floral and ripe white stonefruit aromas and flavors, great acid balance adds depth and complexity, super fine Alsatian Sylvaner!! — 2 months ago

This Vin Doux works well with some cherry pie, I’d guess this is 2% or so R.S., so still lovely Muscat, albeit with that little bit of sweetness, medium-long finish, very nice!! — a month ago
