Adelaida

Inventor Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2008

Peak adelaida! Just so vibrant and lively! The cab gives a good backbone but the other 5 varietals give it dynamic life and represent why Paso is so great! Wish they still made wine like this! — 3 days ago

Tablas Creek Vineyard

Le Complice Adelaida District Syrah Blend 2020

Superb Syrah blend. First tasted this wine at Tablas Creek in Paso. It was my winner of the tasting. Brought this bottle home, and having it at our new year’s dinner now. Layers of red fruit and some spices, finely balanced, light at 13.5 alc. could drink this all day, all night, and then all day again. 😎. Great food wine. — 4 months ago

Estate Bottled Adelaida District Grenache Blanc 2022

This wine is tinted very lightly, a soft yellow-gold. The nose is fascinating, full of savory goodness. Besides the Meyer lemon and apricot notes, there is a nice salinity among the aromas and an interesting lanolin aspect. Minerals abound, of course. The palate is juicy, dry as a bone and savory, with more of that crazy salinity and a healthy dose of acidity, razor sharp. The mineral notes come through forcefully. For pairing, I think any kind of seafood would do nicely, especially crustaceans. I would start every meal with this wine if I could. — 4 months ago
