Great pairing for tinned fish and roasted pork belly cured with Chinese 5 spice! For the alcohol as high as it is, it really has some amazing acidity and it’s light on its feet, with a tart nose of kiwi, Meyer lemon and maybe mango? Palate is citrus driven and lithe, with lemon pith, almost merengue, with that slight sweetness, but nice minerality and mouthfeel.
