This is truly a great bottle of nebbiolo. All characteristics of young nebbiolo with red fruited profile, nice aromatics and just the right amount of fruit density. No excessive tannins usually found in langhe nebbiolos or entry level barolo/barbaresco. Just great bottle of wine — 8 years ago

Wow. Now my favorite Barbera. Surprisingly elegant for Barbera. Smooth and complex finish with licorice and leather, starting with cranberry and raspberry. An expensive but worthwhile purchase. This wine was still fresh and could age even longer. — 4 years ago
