A bit shut down. Nice with some dry aged burgers — 9 months ago
Very similar but previous note as it has massive apples but a much better texture as it costs the palate. Light gold color. Apples and camomile on the nose. Apple explosion on the palate. Lively wine. Medium plus depth.
This got much better after 20-30 minutes open. The apples moderated. Revising score from 89 to 91. — 2 months ago
What a difference 4 years makes since last tasting this. This is much more secondary with cherry, herbal forest floor, mushroom, leather, dried lavender, maybe some meat notes. It almost seems like a Sangiovese as I’m thinking about it, but more game like components. So freaking good but start drinking soon! — 9 months ago
Light Ruby color. Tart, rich, deep tannic flavor. Light body. — a month ago

v21. Outstanding! Nice creme brûlée nose. Buttery, pear, sliced yellow apple and a touch of apricot fruit. Long, baking spice finish. So good! — 5 days ago
