Fantastic bottle. Raw tartness and power structured by the unique geometry of oxidative winemaking. Sweet dried fruit nose with grilled walnuts, and the body is sherry-like, but with a vibrant bite beyond all but the best sweet sherry. Mushroom, rum, caramel, and berry liquor. So good. — a month ago
Transparent amber-red. Beautiful. Toasted almond, reduced cherry juice nose. Nutty oxidative length on the palate. Echoes with sparky minerals; very bright, condensed and full of silk. Just a hint of burnt caramel apple. Lovely. — 4 months ago
Very light, balanced, fresh, elegant. There is no way you can get this quality at this price point for a roughly 50/50 Pinot Chardonnay, brut no vintage sparking. — 17 days ago
