Fermented in stainless, 24 hour maceration. Then 6 mo. in old barriques. Unfiltered. 12.5% abv. This is their still white made from Vespaiolo, a varietal mainly grown in Veneto (northern Italy) but not sweet. They also make a sparkling and I think an orange version with longer skin contact. — 3 years ago
