Torcolato Breganze Vespaiolo

Rich, concentrates, unctuous. Nice spicy botrytis notes, loads of honeysuckle and ripe apricots.

2013 vintage made from 100 % Vespaiola grapes. The grapes are cut in bunches then twisted and tied (Torcolate in local dialect) then hung from rafters in out buildings until shriveled.
Mahogany brown in colour.
Sweet and full bodied with a great balance between sweet and acidity.
Intense flavours of honey, orange, apricot and vanilla with a long slow finish.

Sweet wine with ice counter acidity. Lovely butterscotch, orange peel flavors.
