Plush and rounded with that plummy intensity of merlot. Hints of violet and mint. Underlying minerality. A real purity and intensity but not particularly subtle. Quite alcoholic with a whiff of burn on the finish. — 2 years ago
great gf! tipical. only bit simple. not so deep. but i know, much too young. in few years will be great. — 6 years ago
2016: Weighty and concentrated Super Tuscan Bordeaux blend (Cab and Merlot dominated). Still drinking young, with a bit more new oak in the mix than I’d like, but evolves well to the 4-5 hour mark to show deep currant, leather and iron. High quality, will improve over 2-3 years. $50 at JFW. — 7 months ago
Light, crisp. Very refreshing. Price was 995czk at restaurant and 697czk for take-away — 4 years ago
Really nice. Earthy, rich chocolate and cherry-herb nose with supple palate. Very closed and very young, but gives more immediate pleasure than any young Sassicaia I've tried and more sophisticated than Biserno. Not quite as self-important a wine as Sassicaia and probably all the better for it. — 7 years ago
