Peter Koff's greatwine2u, $11
I didn't have much expectations after the nose, a little funky and very average. But on the palate I found bursting tropical flavors - primarily pineapple with some nice bright citrus acidity. For me it was the perfect balance of dry and sweet. Really really nice for the price, honestly one of my favorite white wines I've had — 3 days ago
One of the finest white wines I’ve had the pleasure of tasting. I’ve been a long-time Cantina Terlan fan, and have always had a soft spot for their $20 Pinot Bianco… but this takes things to another level. Polished, slightly saline-citrusy acidity, with muted limestone, and focused white peach and lime. It’s hard to condense this into a few descriptors. If you’re a Batard-Montrachet or Corton-Charlemagne fan, but can do with a little less French oak influence, and a little Muscadet Sevre et Maine, then this could be your jam. Looking forward to my next Alto Adige visit. Eataly Dallas (thanks to Derrek). — 8 days ago
Vino amaro still counts!! Savory marjoram pine menthol rosemary blueberry. Marsala based, very alpine. — 15 days ago
The 2021 Weissburgunder Pinot Bianco wafts up with herbs and lime zest before settling on crushed green apples and ginger. Soft-textured with a reverberation of citrus tension that nicely contrasts its inner sweetness. It leaves a subtle staining of minerals through the long and juicy finale. $15.00 (Eric Guido, Vinous, June 2022) — 13 days ago

Drank it “pure” i.e. without food so the higher acidity was clearly noticeable. Very good but definitely a dinner wine — 15 days ago
