My first time doing a zoom wine tasting. 2 hours later....so me and 3 friends bought the Aldi wine advent calendar. 2 of us had the Brut Rosé and 2 had the Merlot (evidently the calendars aren’t all the same, go figure)! I’m not a big sparkling wine person so this was not an exciting wine for me. The cheese and chocolate were terrific though. However, I learned a lot about camping, dogs, local restaurants, Bourbon and Christmas decorations! Oh what fun it was tonight!! — 2 days ago
This is a nice Champagne Rosé. Showing cherries, strawberries, citrus, lemons, green apples and grapefruits.
Light to medium in body with big bubbles.
Dry on the palate, nicely balanced, and easy drinking.
Good by itself or with food. A nice party Champagne.
12% alcohol by volume.
$35. — 2 days ago

Speechless! Long, lonely afternoon with 2-hour family Zoom...pared down trad turkey feast with just the two of us. But, hard to feel down with a glass of Selosse Rose. Such finesse and balance... I searched two years for a source... and now I swallow hard and purchase in 3’s. Easily the best Rose in my Champagne history. — 7 days ago
Thanksgiving 2020; a quiet day with just my wife and the kitties, hopefully 2021 brings family and dear friends back for group enjoyment of this Holiday.
Prior notes tweaked, still going strong, I'm still liking the '16 over the '17 vintage.
Nose has strawberry, roses, cut tangerine, juiced Clementine and dry earth.
Palate is strawberry-tangerine (light), wet minerals, so much finesse, yet light in the mouth, just stunning. — 8 days ago
Beau hasard! — 12 days ago
