Crisp & tasty Muscadet. Enjoyed with chicken & Greek salad; will aim to pair with seafood next time. — a month ago
2019 vintage. Blaye. Biodynamically farmed. A blend of Sauvignon 45%, Sémillon 45% and Colombard 10%. Light golden. White stone fruit and honey. Very ripe and round, I can see why they've added the Colombard this year (usually it's 50/50 Sauvignon/Sémillon).A wise decision to add acidity to the blend, in order to keep the fatness in check. Well-done and as usual one of the best whites in Blaye. — 6 months ago
