A wine complex both in flavor and personality, keeps me guessing keeps me going. Salmon pink fun to the eye then smell…earth. This is more than frilly fun. Sip, amd whoa! This is neither a partier nor someone tied to the earth. It’s a sophisticate. A sophisticate who dabs Rosé water behind their ears. A sophisticate who sips mineral water and pomegranate juice. A sophisticate who also maybe picked those roses and likes a strawberry jolly rancher at the end of the day, taking it all back to frilly fun. What a time to drink rosado. I want this rosado as a mentor. — 9 months ago

First red wine at Table #3 at Oakton Wine Shops Bucket List Tasting.
Deep garnet red. Lots of earthy and cherry notes on the nose. Medium plus tannins (6.5/10) and medium bodied. Layered palate with dark berries, dark crushed rocks, black pepper, and bell peppers. Solid acidity with a long and lingering finish. Definitely will beef up with some time and a big food wine. Drink till 2029.

Fresh, floral, juicy.
Northern Piemont yet full Nebbiolo with flowery notes, juicy cherries, fresh and energetic.
Quite fruity on the palate, flirty even, crunchy strawberries, light cherries, a floral hint. Yet there’s a mineral bite, a tannic grip. This is a foodie rosé. And a really nice one! — a month ago
