I didn’t know it was possible to enjoy a Pinot Gris this much (outside of Friuli or Alsace). This unfiltered, 3-days-on-the-skins version from Tessier is evocative and vivid: golden apple, white peach, pennyroyal, bergamot. A single-vineyard wine from Filigreen Farm, a self-sustaining, biodynamically famed vineyard in the Anderson Valley. — 4 days ago
Nice wine! Very flavorful- drinking by itself with friends -wish we had a 2nd bottle! 2018 - given to me as a present! Just a little dry.

Very dark. Smells resinous and berry-lucious. Forests and good humus come to mind. Flavors are nice. It’s dry and very tannic, but it’s got nice anise, licorice stuff to go with the plum and dark berries. Very complex and filled with flavor. This is classic, classy Petite. — 18 days ago
Given to Warren years ago and opened for first post COVID dinner 5/29/21 with the usual crew of eight who were class of ‘78. Surprisingly no hint of the metallic notes I remembered but just that complex evolving swirl of flavors of these old Cabs on the nose and palate with lingering finish. Joy to drink. Probably the last one. — 16 days ago
