Needed an hour decant to become more interesting. Nose shows concentrated salinity, unripened red fruit, lemongrass, fresh jalapeño, and, mildly, the savory notes of Pho. Texturally broad with light tannin and med acid. Palette shows exuberantly tart red fruit.
