Surprisingly, this is still in great shape if given a few hours to open up. Despite a very subdued start, it eventually showed vibrant acidity with fresh flavors of key lime and concentrated notes of dried nectraine and apricot, warm spices, white pepper, ginger, and candied pecans and walnuts. Slightly saline with a wet stone minerality and textured mouthfeel. It’s definitely peaked but still has a lot to give. Drink now. — 2 years ago
