I quite enjoyed this wine, but difficult following up after an Opus One! — 2 months ago
What a wine! Nicely preserve, tannin forward (needed to be aerated), went well with our red meat queso birria tacos! — 4 months ago
My first Caymus experience: smooth, silky and so well refined I understand the price tag. Oh so perfect on the nose and Initial entry on the palette, tapering to a full bodied experience that can convince anyone of the province of fine Californian wine! — 5 months ago
This year’s Kim Crawford: delightfully crisp, light acidity, fruity overtones — 3 months ago
Caiarossa is located in Riparbella, mid-Tuscany, Province of Pisa. The closeness to the sea has given this mix of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Sangiovese and Alicante freshness, delicacy and elegance. Dark fruit flavoured, but not over the top. Excellent wine! — 4 months ago
