There must be some mistake as this tasted nothing like what I expected from sauv blanc - richer (more like chenin?), rounder, more generous. Meyer lemon, key lime pie. Too bad the shop was sold out of bottles. Apparently named after a horse. — 2 hours ago
Tasted blind-We thought this 2000 was a young Chenin or white Bordeaux. Not joking it fooled a room. Still retaining a ton of acid pretty shocking. Great experience. — 3 days ago
Steve Shaw doesn’t make a bad bottle. Even after 5 years, this delightfully crisp and full of fresh fruit. — a day ago
Beautiful bottle and love the name! Nice summer wine. Exactly what I was in the mood for. Light and refreshing. I usually pick dry french rose. Glad that Long Island, USA produced a delicious wine. Celebrating July 4th today. — an hour ago
If we were poured correctly this was the stainless steel Chardonnay which was preferred to the one aged in oak. For obvious reasons :) — 2 hours ago

Nose has bruised yellow apples, damp chalk, brioche dough and under-ripe green pear.
Palate has lemon zest over yellow + green apple slices, fresh brioche, yellow peach with a dry finish but an impression of sweet notes on the long finish.
63% Chardonnay & 37% Pinot Noir. — 9 days ago
