Best Cali Pinot I’ve had in a while! — a month ago
Here are my tasting notes for this wine. Visual:Good clarity with a hue of dark red almost black, with predominant legs
Nose: Hints of plum and raspberries
Body: medium body
Pallet: Baking spices, pepper, with a balanced finish
Pairing Notes: Enjoyable red wine that pairs well with a variety of foods like spicy cuisine and cheeses. Crab dip, bean dip, ghost pepper or jalapeño cheese, chicken, fish, and garlic bread, also pairs well with this wine unlike other red wines. — 2 months ago
On with ABC. Five year old chard this time. Not as crisp as it’s younger counterparts and aging a little better than expected. There’s exuberant pineapple on the nose, palate, and finish, somehow it works… Not overpowering but refreshing, like pineapple shaved iced from childhood… High acidity, medium alcohol, slightly oaky and beginning to show sings of integration. Cheers. — a month ago
Buttery, light, nice with food — a month ago
Great value Pinot! — 2 months ago
Wow. This was fantastic. It tasted like a 5 year old Cab Sauv, not a 2 year old pinot. Notes of dark berries and mocha with a smooth oak finish, very unusual for a pinot. — 2 months ago

The Syrah (Santa Barbara County) is bold and punchy, with lovely floral top notes that add lift. Blue/purplish fruit, clovers, leather and a dash of black pepper all run through this racy, layered Syrah. This is even better than it was last year. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, September 2023)
