Thanks @Ray Vanderhoff. I have a few bottles of this and it’s big brother left. I’ll leave them alone for awhile.

Mmm. Bra komplexitet. Har konserverad majs/svamp/ananas. Men samtidigt en oljig behaglig munkänsla och fyllig go smak. — 9 years ago

Grain & Granit Régnié Gamay 2014

Huge and ripe for a Beaujolais, with jammy cherry fruit and some rhubarb tartness with a slight hint of animal musk and pink peppercorn. Complex and deep but still juicy with great structure. Mmm. — 10 years ago

Lodi Graciano 2017

Family Estate - Las Cerezas Vineyard - Organic - Molelumne River - Lodi

Plum, black cherry, earthy with slightest raisin box in the finish, pleasant acidity, alcohol fume a lil elevated.

Very nice on its own, would like see a blend with 15% Monastrell/Mataro/Mourvèdre ...MMM!

Seeing as Graciano is known as Morrastel in France, it could be a Morrastel/Monastrell blend

Yes, theres a lil Morrastel/Monastrell controversy in CA vineyards... and an M&M blend might irk a big candy company too 😄

Getariako Txakolina Hondarrabi Zuri 2016

Mmm nothing like some delish Txakoli on an abnormally hot day in October in Texas. Signature high acid, lovely aromatics of key lime, peach skin, and minerals. Refreshing as all get out, I love the slight fizzante and slightly off-dry mineral-laden finish. This should be a go-to no matter where you are, especially if you find yourself in the lone star state. — 9 years ago

Mmm! Really pretty nose of cherries, leather and dried violets. Good tannins and balanced acidity. Notes of cedar, tobacco, cherry, and baking spice. Holding up very nicely. — 9 years ago
