Pasta White blend was a "dry" white that is fantastic with pasta. From the finger lakes which has wines in the sweeter side of things. It was delicious with tastes of apple with a dry but delicious after taste making a forkful of pasta that much more delectable — 4 months ago
Entry level, affordable nebbiolo! Perfect starting point to explore this wonderful grape from a traditional producer. Forrest soil, dried leaves, black tea, floral notes and a hint of red fruit! Great complexity at a low price.

Neither Knapp nor Gertz is my favorite go to but this Dry version is exceptional. Lots of pear and green apple on the nose - minerality and crisp acid followed by some lingering bitterness that you don’t expect but really makes this special. — 8 months ago
