The first edition of Jardin d'Ulysse, based on the 2015 vintage and disgorged in 2021 has aged beautifully in bottle. It’s really picked up intensity and generosity since it was first released. It definitely needs air, in fact, I’d have it open an hour or so in advance. It’s a taut, racy rendition with a stunningly silky texture while simultaneously rich with just the slightest oxidative complexity that’s beginning to build and only adding to its attraction. Its floral, spice and citrus inflicted aromatics are layered between its chalky mineral core and the palate is chiseled, full bodied, satiny and concentrated, with structure built to age. It’s only going to get better. Love these wines 🙌🏻 — 19 days ago
This is the “Jardin de Tru” made of mostly Malbec with Merlot and Syrah. Second time tasting this Valle de Guadalupe blend.
More savory than I recall, reads Syrah. Round, smoky, and Mediterranean (olive?) Kind of brooding.
Incredibly interesting and worth the exploration. Don’t know how it reads so layered and concentrated as it is at only 11.9% abv. Too expensive, but very cool. — a month ago

Vintage 2018 | cuvée Jardin Secret | from 60 y old Grenache vines | juicy rondeur, but the two unique elements of these wine are a compelling complex smell, with raspberries and tobacco - as well as a beautiful long aftertaste. — 17 days ago
