This is a very tasty Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.
Dry on the palate with medium plus acidity. Nicely balanced and crisp with mild complexity.
Showing limes, grapefruits, lemons, citrus, green apples, gooseberry, light tropical fruits, spices and white pepper.
Good right out of the bottle and better when properly chilled.
I paired it with Ahi Tuna Sashimi.

Pale straw with green edges and aromas of citrus and tropical fruits with floral herb notes. On the palate ripe apricot, peach and pineapple with lemon zest, classic New Zealand SB. Vivid acidity and spice complement this well balanced wine to a medium finish. — 14 days ago

Pale lemon with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit with floral notes. On the palate flavors of grapefruit, green apple and pear fruit flavors with some grassy tones, lively acidity. Medium+ finish ending with fruit, herbal, floral, grassy and mineral notes. Lightly chill so you can experience all of the nuances while you sip this fine wine. — 13 days ago
Complex, exciting and balanced. A touch of oiliness with bright peach shining through, melon and a hint of lemon . Superb, delicious. — 5 days ago
