Late post and low rating ONLY, and a personal thing, I opened it far too young. It was in a very aggressive phase with young-swelling acidity. Despite it's wonderful aromas and lovely flavors, it needs at least another decade. — 6 years ago
Elegant Grand Cru. My favorite white burgundy. Tasted at marche aux vins in Beaunne. — 7 years ago
Clear medium ruby with no gas or sediment. The nose is of medium intensity with notes of red cherries and raspberries above tobacco leaf. Definitely developing. Palate is fruit forward with red fruit dominating and a touch of stalkyness. Med + acidity, Med tannin, Med body, Med + finish, Med intensity on the palate. Good quality, drink now with potential for aging another 2-3 years. — 6 years ago
This was the second time we ordered this since it was so sublime the first time around. Although perhaps a slightly infantacidal act, this was just working so well with the food that we could not resist. I love the body on this one. — 7 years ago
Pretty classic, a little restrained with earthy feels — 6 months ago
This wine has been sitting at 70+ degrees for 7 months in my house... Not only is it in perfect condition, it is fresh as a daisy and far too young to drink. Looking forward to more bottles in the future. — 7 years ago
Beautiful bouquet! Tastes as good as it smells. Love this wine!

2022/3/29. This was quite enjoyable, with good depth of juicy red berries, earth and iron - quite open and lovely now. — a month ago
