The Cicada Grenache Carignan

Raspberry and cherry upfront with a spicy finish. Balanced tannins and acidity. Easy drinking for a bigger red. — 3 years ago

Marguet Père et Fils

Elements 11 Grand Cru Champagne Chardonnay

#champagne #Marguet #Grancru #Elements11 Nonostante l'abbinamento "ideale" fosse il pesce, noi lo abbiamo bevuto a tutto pasto rigorosamente tutto carne. Strepitoso! Vellutato e al tempo stesso sgrassava meglio del Chante Claire 😁! Profumi di agrumi e frutta candita. La prossima volta lo proverò col pesce, magari sarà ancora meglio. — 5 years ago

Vignobles Verzier

Empreinte Chante-Perdrix Saint-Joseph Syrah 2014

Spot-on, classic, perfectly delineated Saint Joseph. This is the elegant and pretty side of Syrah. Flowing waves of violets and black pepper lift effortlessly out of the glass with bright red fruits. Mid palate is silk and nearly weightless with fine tannins. Low alcohol and neutral oak profile allow for a very pure expression. Hints of game on the finish with a lingering minerality and a fresh, spicy peppercorn character that would be lovely with a variety of meats and herbs. Beautiful wine that I look forward to revisiting over the next 2-3 years. — 4 years ago

Domaine Chante Cigale

L'Apostrophe Red Rhone Blend 2015
