This wine tastes like the ending of Cast Away after Tom Hanks delivers the package and doesn't know which road to take. Tears and gravel. — 6 years ago
Excellent with homemade pizza. — 8 years ago
Fresh and mineral. First sip a bit of residual co2, but it gets better with the second: very good balance between acidity and fruit.. Really nice with my risotto salicornia and seabass — 6 years ago

Less vegetal than a lot of sauv blanc. Very elegant! — 8 years ago

Very bright clear red. Cherry. Minerality/gravel. Burnt caramel at first sniff then turns ashy/smoky, then becomes herbal and vegetal like spinach and dark leafy greens. Aromas develop and change the more you smell. Medium light body. Tasted this at vin de Terre wine tasting in Nice, France. — 6 years ago

Pear, white flowers, crushed rocks and gun powder on the nose. On the palate the pear is in front but there is a nice acid drive making the wine rather vertical and vivid. The finish is fresh with pear notes and a bit of chalky mouthfeel. That's a good effort! — 8 days ago
