Smooth soft silky with some fruit. Not a huge amount of tang but also not a massice smokey taste either. Drinkable. — 6 years ago
Winestules bottle. Very vibrant and deep — 6 months ago
100% Syrah. This is a very inexpensive Cotes but 2019 was a banner year. Velvety and full bodied. Notes of black cherry, graphite and cocoa powder. Medium tannins brings a decent finish. Nicely paired with a spicy grilled chicken. — 9 months ago

Aromatics of new leather and dried fruit. Not your average Côtes du Rhône as you would expect from Chateau de Beaucastel. More full bodied than expected to go with our chicken dish. Far richer than Guigal’s version of Côtes du Rhône. Had my last bottle 11 weeks later on 27th February 2026 with consistent notes. — 7 months ago
Aromas of rose, clay, red fruit at first. Slightly peppery. Light. Beautiful flavors. Reminds me of the countryside outside of Girona. — 2 years ago
Roussillon trip #2
Grenache/syrah blend, biodynamic. Gourmet cuvée, medium body, juicy, on the purity of the fruit.. the two grape varieties are well respected and recognizable. A little refreshed, it's a lot of fun.
Assemblage grenache syrah, biodynamique. Cuvée gourmande, corps moyen, juteuse, sur la pureté du fruit.. les deux cépages sont bien respectés et reconnaissable. Un peu rafraîchi, c’est beaucoup de plaisir, c’est gouleyant à souhait. — 4 years ago
